Understanding where your sales translate into Payouts and for what days, should be simple. We have broken it down in this article to make it easy to understand!


When a payment is submitted on the Table Needs system, we begin processing that transaction with our Credit Card processor immediately! Once those funds are fully settled, they will be deposited into the account that you have specified with us.

Payouts from Table Needs will be deposited into your account 2 days after a transaction has been processed through your Point of Sale. Currently, our transactions are processed in UTC time. This means that if you are located in the US, the "cut-off" for a payout is actually going to be at 6:00 pm CST. Any payments processed past that time, will be batched with payments from the following day.

(Note: When a payout falls on a holiday observed by financial institutions, the payout will be pushed to the following day)
